So when an auto industry client asked us to design an incentive program for their top dealers, we jumped at the chance to spotlight this dynamic city. The timing couldn’t have been more thrilling: Valentine’s Day weekend. That meant weaving romance, wellness, and adventure into one extraordinary experience.
Day 1: Romance Meets Wellness
The journey began at Hotel X Toronto, a sleek haven overlooking Lake Ontario. With its “Celebrate Love” packages and indulgent spa retreats, it set the perfect stage for a romantic incentive program.
Toronto’s wellness scene added a powerful twist. At Othership, the group dove into guided sessions inspired by the Wim Hof Method and Finnish traditions. From dry saunas to ice baths chilled to 0–4°C, participants discovered the exhilarating balance of hot and cold therapy—boosting clarity, energy, and connection.
Day 2: Culture and Sky-High Views
The adventure continued at the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM), Canada’s most visited museum. Its striking architecture and world-class collections transported the group through centuries of art, history, and culture.
Next stop: The One Eighty, perched on the 51st floor of the Manulife Building. With soaring ceilings, a showpiece bar, and panoramic views of the city skyline, this venue delivered a dazzling backdrop for the group’s reception in the clouds.
Day 3: Nature and Culinary Grandeur
On the final day, the group embraced the outdoors with a hike at the Scarborough Bluffs. Towering cliffs, serene lake vistas, and wildlife encounters created a breathtaking finale—an adrenaline rush paired with moments of reflection and camaraderie.
The program closed with a Michelin-starred flourish at Don Alfonso 1890. Nestled on the waterfront, this internationally acclaimed restaurant brought the flavors of Italy’s Amalfi Coast to life with modern flair and impeccable ingredients. As the skyline glittered across the harbor, the group savored a farewell dinner worthy of the occasion.
