The 2008
DMC Canada DJ Championship have begun. Our 1st Elimination heat
was held in OSHAWA on May 23rd. then in OTTAWA onMay 30th and in VANCOUVER on Friday June 13th.
Our 4th heat was held in HALIFAX on June 20th and then in QUEBEC City on June 28.
Our TORONTO Heat will be held on July 31. We are also planning to hold other
heats in other cities. The 1st Place winners of each Canadian
Elimination will compete at the 2008 DMC Canada FINAL in Quebec City
on September 13th for
the opportunity to represent Canada at the 2008 DMC World Finals.

Battle for Canadian Supremacy
will be held on Sunday July 27 as part of
Summer
Music Conference '08 @ Polson Pier in Toronto from July 23rd to 27th .
The winner of the Supremacy Battle will represent Canada at the 2008 DMC
Battle for World Supremacy in London, England in September.

Fort Erie's DJ Shub the 2007 DMC Canada Showcase Champion & DJ TLO
from Toronto,
the 2007 DMC Battle for Canadian Supremacy Champion represented Canada at
the 2007 DMC World Finals in London, England on October 6 & 7, 2007.
2007 DMC WORLD DJ CHAMPIONS
USA's Shiftee took home the 2007 DMC Battle for World Supremacy
title.
The DMC World DJ Championship title was taken by Germany's DJ Rafik.
Kireek representing Japan took home the 2007 DJ Team Championship
title.

The 2007 DMC
Battle for Canadian Supremacy
took place in Montreal on Friday September 7 at Saints Showbar.
Ten DJs from Vancouver to Halifax gave their best at a very exciting head
to head battle.
The Supremacy Battle also featured a special showcase set by Montreal's own
DJ Mana.
An Elimination Round was first held to determine who would be the Top 8 DJs
to proceed to the Quarter Final. The Supremacy Finalists were: DJ TLO,

2007
DMC Canada DJ Championship Final
took place Friday August
10 at The Mod Club in Toronto. It was a very heated competition that
featured great showcase performances by Notes to Self with DJ
Dopey and M-Kutz, a MC/host with the mostest - Bozack Morris,
our panel of distinguished judges and a super crowd. Nine of Canada's
Elimination winners competed for the opportunity to represent Canada at
the prestigious 2007 DMC World Finals. The 2007 DMC Canadian FINALISTS
were: DJ Milla (London), DJ C-Sik (Calgary), DJ
Flx-Finghaz (Ottawa), Droppin' Dave (Windsor), DJ E-FLIP
