Buying Process

How to place your order
When you have found an item you wish to buy, please follow these easy steps:

1- Simply click the Add button of the selected item or items and they will be added to your shopping cart;

2- Once you have completed your shopping, click on the Checkout button in your shopping basket or the Checkout link at the top of your screen.

You will then enter the Checkout process.
- Next you will have to mark the required information of your location, in order that the correct taxes and shipping charges are correctly applied to your order.
- Next you will have a chance to review your order with the applicable taxes and shipping as well as the total amount due before you proceed.
- In the next step you will need to provide the required shipping information, choose the method of payment and the details of your credit card. If you need to add any comment regarding your order, you will have the opportunity to include your comments at this time.
- If all the information is accurate, you can then click on the Next button and your order will be sent to us.

 
  Returns

You may return any item purchased at our site, within 30 DAYS of the date at which your order was shipped to you. The item returned, at your own cost, must be unopened, undamaged, and contain a copy of the original invoice. If those conditions are respected, you will receive a full refund for the item purchased (excluding shipping costs).
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please let us know   Upon receipt of your returned item, we will send you the same item at no charge.
Processing returns generally takes 1 - 2 weeks and the credit will be issued to the same credit card from which the order was originally placed. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to be posted to your credit card.

 

         
  Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing your order. To cancel-   However, please note we will not be able to cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
